Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
- Taking ownership to ensure that every customer's needs are met, utilizing every touchpoint as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
- Assisting customers over the phone with insurance-related questions, inquiries, or concerns
- Learning and mastering insurance products and processes in a training environment
- Committing to the training and work schedule, including a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual a plus

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll enjoy a competitive annualized base pay range of $40,685 - $61,027, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
