Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer support representative to join our remote team. As a live chat and phone support agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to resolve their issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s) and provide concise information to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, and offer additional forms of real-time problem-solving to customers.
  • Identify major pain points and flag them to a liaison who will convey the information to other departments, contributing to the development and improvement of our products and services.
  • Complete training on our customer support ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Engage with on-the-job training opportunities to improve your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

* A love for customers and their experience with our products and services.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices.
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience, such as AI, chat, and self-serve portals.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote or online environment.

  • Experience with customer support metrics and industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of AI, chat, and self-serve portal technologies.
  • Certification in customer support or a related field.
