Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner

  • Processing customer orders and handling cash transactions accurately
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Utilizing computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks
  • Providing support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks
  • Experience with cash handling is a plus
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
