Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. Key Responsibilities

- Record and Organize Customer Interactions: Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Upsell and Schedule Call Backs: Identify opportunities to upsell and schedule call backs to resolve customer needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Previous Experience in Customer Support: Bring your experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field to our team, leveraging your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
