Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Operations

Job Summary:

We're seeking 20 part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team for a 3-4 month contract assignment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide top-notch support to our customers. If you're a motivated, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide timely and effective support to customers

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Utilize our autodialer system to make outbound calls to customers, ensuring accurate and efficient communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and email correspondence
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures

Qualifications:

* Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
