Experienced Customer Service Representative – Remote Call Center Operations

Job Summary:
We're seeking 20 part-time Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team for a 3-4 month contract assignment. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide top-notch support to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide timely and effective support to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed
- Utilize our autodialer system to make outbound calls to customers, ensuring accurate and efficient communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and email correspondence
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
