Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work remotely to serve clients and offer valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Contacting leads provided by arenaflex to schedule virtual meetings with clients
- Presenting benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivating relationships with them
- Collaborating with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieving them through dedicated effort and determination
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in your work
