Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns, using active listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures, ensuring accurate and thorough records of customer interactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Follow up on customer calls when necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Word, with the ability to use these tools to document customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, using active listening skills and empathy to understand customer concerns.
