Job Summary
As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support for our digital app. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat app and email, providing clear and concise solutions to their queries
- Guiding customers to relevant help articles and resources to resolve their issues independently
- Coordinating with our co-founder to address top issues and concerns
- Setting customer expectations and managing their expectations throughout the support process
- Collaborating with the team to escalate issues and ensure seamless communication
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via chat app and email, providing timely and effective solutions
- Guide customers to relevant help articles and resources to resolve their issues independently
- Coordinate with our co-founder to address top issues and concerns
- Set customer expectations and manage their expectations throughout the support process
- Collaborate with the team to escalate issues and ensure seamless communication
- Utilize Intercom, Trello, and Email to communicate with customers and the team
- Manage a schedule to ensure timely and effective support during business hours (USA timezones, 8am - 6pm ET)
Essential Qualifications
* Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably with a focus on capturing customer reviews
- Excellent written communication skills to respond to customers, guide them towards solutions, and set expectations
- Positive, friendly tone with the ability to understand and empathize with frustrated customers
- Dependability to conduct work on time and on schedule
- Expertise with Shopify sites, including orders and checkout processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team using Intercom, Trello, or Email
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer support software and tools, such as Intercom and Trello
- Familiarity with Shopify and its ecosystem
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
