Job Summary:
arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team in Mount Prospect, IL. As a key member of our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner. Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues related to prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and empathetic responses to patient concerns, ensuring a positive experience and building trust in our brand
- Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer needs over the phone
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless patient care
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- 6+ months of high call center experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or another application
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in software applications
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
- Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
- Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting

Training Schedule:
* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)
- Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

* Competitive pay range: $17.02 - $27.16 per hour
