Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our team members as needed
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Have a stable internet connection and a reliable computer or laptop
  • Be able to type accurately with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Not be afraid of emailing clients as needed
  • Be 16 years of age or older
  • Be proficient with basic PC skills
  • Have an internet connection
  • Be proficient in basic English written and spoken language

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other productivity software
