Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Engineer to join our team and help us drive business growth through agile software development and Scrum mastery. As a Technical Product Engineer, you'll be responsible for building a strong business understanding and relationships to enable the delivery of innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll work closely with our product development team to prioritize features based on business value and develop detailed client stories that are ready for development.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired outcomes to meet the objectives and plan of assigned products.

• Work with Product Manager and SMEs to prioritize feature development based on business value.
• Develop and maintain initial epics/stories and elaborate into client scenarios that clearly depict the functional and non-functional requirements.
• Communicate business requirements through artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance models based on client stories, process flows, wireframe diagrams, collaboration diagrams, mockups/demos, etc.
• Collaborate with a multi-functional team within a Scrum framework.
• Lead work meetings and report new features, requirements, and processes.
• Oversee testing, bug tracking, and enhancements while ensuring issues are resolved before elevating to production conditions.
• Manage multiple priorities and balance continually evolving needs.
• Use data and analysis to drive decision-making and influence process-driven solutions.
• Develop business rationale and key metrics for inclusion into decision support models and tools.
• Develop issue articulation including issue description and resolution measures.
• Drill down past the issue surface to understand root cause.
• Convey proposals and supporting data to determine strong, coherent, and justifiable business reasons.
• Provide guidance to project planning and effort estimation within scope.
• Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches.
• Ability to collaborate with, as well as create and maintain internal client relationships with specialty unit leaders.

What We're Looking For

* 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar.

• Knowledge of agile and Scrum methodologies; ability to apply suitable agile approaches in the cycles of software development and delivery.
• Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop new products, technologies, or services from feasibility through to production.
• Knowledge of tools, techniques, and methods of requirement analysis; ability to inspire, analyze, and record expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the outcome of a system or software development project.
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
• Should have excellent education and organizational skills, strong verbal, written communication, and support skills.
• Should perform adequately in current position.
• Regularly focuses on health and safety of self, others, and personal data.
• Embraces diverse individuals, thinking, and styles.

What Will Give You an Edge

* Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC development philosophies

• DevOps experience including the use of point of Business Agile planning tools like Agility.Al or similar.
• Past experience as a product owner including ownership for its development and execution.
• Adaptability to adjust and make arrangements for changing business targets.
• Carrier business experience, as well as business process re-designing or potentially broad experience working with agile teams, is attractive.
