Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Recognize individual customer service needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of vulnerable customers.
  • Maintain and update customer-related information systems to ensure accurate records and efficient service delivery.
  • Respond to customers through various channels, including telephone, internet, and written correspondence, as appropriate.
  • Acquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services to provide excellent service and resolve common inquiries.
  • Serve customers across the product portfolio, resolving a wide range of common inquiries and providing exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience in contact/call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Good/Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Effective time management and self-accountability, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • High level of professionalism, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence.
