Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent & Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong background in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining a high level of focus and productivity
  • Proficiency with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications
