Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner, resolving issues and answering questions to their satisfaction.
- Issue, Reissue, and Refund Passenger Tickets: Process passenger ticket requests, reissues, and refunds in a timely and accurate manner.
- Book, Price, and Confirm Flight Reservations: Book, price, and confirm flight reservations for passengers, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Rebook Passengers on Oversold Flights: Rebook passengers on oversold flights, ensuring minimal disruption to their travel plans.
- Perform Passenger Check-in and Seat Assignment: Perform passenger check-in and seat assignment, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Issue Vouchers and Coordinate with Contractors: Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for passenger hotel, food, and transportation arrangements.
- Operate Gate Reader/Scanner and Related Responsibilities: Operate gate reader/scanner and related responsibilities, including pre-boarding, monitoring/checking carry-on bags, and exiting row criteria.
- Make Boarding and Departure Gate Announcements: Make boarding and departure gate announcements, ensuring timely and accurate communication with passengers.
- Deliver Domestic/Global Flight Files: Deliver domestic/global flight files, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Perform Passenger Carrier Flight Close-out Procedures: Perform passenger carrier flight close-out procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Accept, Check, and Tag Passengers' Bags: Accept, check, and tag passengers' bags at decision centers, full-service counters, and primary class counters.
- Maintain the Timeline of Flight Boarding Process: Maintain the timeline of flight boarding process, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Perform Customer Service at the Task Training: Perform customer service at the task training, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Process and Complete Credit Card Bag Transactions: Process and complete credit card bag transactions at kiosks in the price counter area and activation stations.
- Assist Passengers with Self-Service Kiosk Check-in and Bag Processing: Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and bag processing at price counters.
- Queue Strains at Price Counter Kiosks and Counters: Queue strains at price counter kiosks and counters, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
- Clear/Confirm Global Files at Kiosk: Clear/confirm global files at kiosk in the price counter area and activation stations.
- Accept and Dispatch Passengers' Self-Tagged Luggage: Accept and dispatch passengers' self-tagged luggage at activation stations.
- Assist Clients Wanting Unique Help or In-Station: Assist clients wanting unique help or in-station, including boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, and/or unaccompanied minors.
- Perform Customer Service Work Related to Dealing with Local Flights and Contractor/Floor Handling Agreements or Contracts: Perform customer service work related to dealing with local flights and contractor/floor handling agreements or contracts.
- Have Normal and Predictable Attendance on Site: Have normal and predictable attendance on site, including meeting any obligatory overtime requirements.
- Respond and Assist During Safety and/or Emergency Situations: Respond and assist during safety and/or emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and employees.
- Provide Connecting Passengers with Gate Information: Provide connecting passengers with gate information, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service in an Expert Way: Provide exceptional customer service in an expert way, adhering to arenaflex guidelines and standards.
- Adhere to Agency Policies, Procedures, and Performance Standards: Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and performance standards, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.

- Adhere to Authorities Regulations: Adhere to authorities regulations, including DOT, FAA, and TSA regulations.
- Use Multiple Internal Resources/Structures: Use multiple internal resources/structures, including during customer interactions.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Degree or GED or Global Equivalent: A high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Bilingual Language Skills: Bilingual language skills are required in some locations.
- Applicable Valid Driver's License: An applicable valid driver's license is required, as required by local authorities.
- Must Satisfy FAA Criminal Background Exams: Must satisfy FAA criminal background exams to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable.
- Must Be Capable of Stable Suitable Airport Authority and/or US Customs Security Badges: Must be capable of stable suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable.
- Completion of a Pre-Employment Drug Screen, Complete Background Check and/or Fingerprinting: Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, complete background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet agency and security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
