As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates. You'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections and creating an environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. With a focus on providing a pleasant, professional, assured, and insightful experience, you'll help resolve customer travel issues and make their journey memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention
- Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even in situations where we've inconvenienced a customer
- Work daily with a safety mentality, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of safety and security
- Navigate challenges through being steady but adaptable, retaining composure and managing issues without taking customer frustration into account
- Collaborate with others, assist colleagues, and support them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

Qualifications:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
- Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Potential to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
