Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist – Service Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide expert advice on our products and services. This is a remote position, and you'll be required to work 8 hours per week, with flexibility to work on Saturdays or Sundays and occasional holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light maintenance on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Remain positive, work as a team player, and create exceptional customer service-oriented solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Essential Qualifications
* Secondary School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude to repair machines
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Adaptability to work on Saturdays or Sundays and occasional holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field
- Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and maintenance procedures
- Certification in customer service or technical support
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
