Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Ticket/Gate Agent

Key Responsibilities

As a Ticket/Gate Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and guiding them through the check-in process
• Assisting with baggage handling, including tagging and lifting bags from scales to conveyor belts
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the accurate travel documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise

Scheduling and Work Environment

Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction, and you must be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Proficiency in English

• Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
• Pass a Customer Service Assessment
• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal
