Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Coordinator to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in our Oracle Retail and SAP e-commerce systems. You'll work closely with our merchants and stores to ensure seamless price change operations, providing exceptional support and ensuring the successful execution of our business strategies.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Price Change Management: Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organizations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Analysis: Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Complex Promotional Pricing: Understand details of complex promotional price changes and how they feed into our systems, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Cost and Price Changes: Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Promotional Pricing: Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP e-commerce systems, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • PO Reopening: Work with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring seamless payment processing.
  • Weekly Price Change Reports: Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, providing exceptional support to our merchants and stores.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 Years of Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, operations, or a related field.
  • MS Office Suite: Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
