The Role
As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our customer service and technical support operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat
- Opening and submitting requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review
- Reviewing and updating ticket status, ensuring timely resolution and exceptional customer service
- Communicating with customers via email to provide updates and resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and ticket status
Requirements and Qualifications
While prior experience is not required, we are looking for individuals with:
- Previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer service software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of Help Desk ticketing systems and technical support software
- Certification in customer service or technical support (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA)
