Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our high-level investigation and content development group. As a Data Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical methods to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our content team to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven insights to inform our content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply advanced analytical methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth

• Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, engagement metrics) to identify untapped client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
• Develop predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform acquisition decisions
• Collaborate with our content team to develop and implement data-driven content strategies
• Test and evaluate marketing campaigns to improve engagement and retention
• Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance and inform strategic decisions
• Provide specialized analytical support to partners to drive business growth
• Effectively communicate complex data insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong focus on statistical analysis and AI procedures
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with R or Python
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, decision trees)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and apply creativity to complex problems
