Your primary goal will be to ensure a seamless shopping and support experience, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat, email, and electronic message boards

  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex products and services
  • Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex queries to senior support specialists or chat supervisors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Daily Tasks:

* Log into arenaflex's chat application and respond to customer messages in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and other queries related to arenaflex products and services
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolution

Training and Support:

* Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-equipped to handle customer interactions and common questions

  • A chat supervisor will be available to assist with any complex customer queries and provide guidance on best practices
  • Ongoing coaching and feedback will be provided to help you grow and develop in your role

Specifications:

* Contract Length: Open-ended with no fixed term

  • Rate: $35 per hour
  • Requirements:

+ Access to a device capable of handling social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) + Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully + Reliable internet connectivity

  • Hours: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week
  • Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in the United States

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including social media and website chat functions

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a live chat or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (or a willingness to learn)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
