The Role
As an Online Chat Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries. Your role will involve:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media
- Providing product information, resolving issues, and offering solutions to enhance the customer experience

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using live chat software and social media platforms
- Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Availability of 10+ hours per week
