Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced customer support representative to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a live chat and phone support agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat, phone, and email. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a crucial role in resolving their issues promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer questions that come in via our website(s) via live chat and phone

  • Provide concise and accurate information to customers in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues related to products, services, and shipping
  • Identify major pain points and flag them to our liaison team for further action
  • Complete training on our customer support systems, policies, and procedures
  • Engage with on-the-job training to improve your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* A love for customers and their experience with our products

  • Analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems and CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of customer support metrics and industry best practices
  • Ability to integrate technology-based solutions that improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)
  • Ability to work weekends if needed
