Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing customer accounts, and providing technical support. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll be a key player in helping us achieve our vision of making health insurance simple and accessible to all.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage customer accounts and provide technical support
- Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
- Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies
- Creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
- Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization)
- Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
- Adhere to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels
Essential Qualifications
* Moderate to advanced computer skills
- High level of comfort learning new technology
- High level of professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working from home
- Self-motivated and success-driven
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in customer support or technical support role
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act
- Previous experience in a Call Center
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Spanish Bilingual, a plus

Compensation and Benefits
* Base Pay: $14.50 per hour
- Enhanced Rate: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
- Spanish Bilingual Base Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Spanish Bilingual Enhanced Rate: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
- Comprehensive benefits package, including 401K Match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and Paid time off (PTO)
