Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, E-mails, and Social Media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
- Educating current and potential customers about our products and services, and providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions
- Maintaining accurate customer records, including notes, feedback, and resolution outcomes
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team, ensuring that critical concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the development of best practices and processes
Key Performance Indicators
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
- Probe and troubleshoot customer queries, providing suitable and satisfactory solutions that meet their needs
- Educate customers on services and processes, empowering them to make the most of our offerings
- Escalate any issues to the Team Leader, ensuring that critical concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
- Achieve agreed KPIs and Objectives, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed performance targets
- Adhere strictly to shift schedules, ensuring that you're available to support customers during peak hours
- Adhere to laid-down internal policies, procedures, and processes, maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity
- Work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the development of best practices and processes
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from any stream (if a Fresher) or a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience with a minimum HSC qualification
- A passion for customer care, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Good typing skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision, demonstrating your independence and self-motivation
- A fast learning ability, with the capacity to work with set targets and meet performance expectations
- Flexibility to work in a rotational shift system, including Public holidays and weekends
