Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth package delivery
- Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely updates
- Collaborating with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
- Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes

Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Care Associate, you will need:
