Job Summary

As a Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations by providing exceptional administrative support, data entry services, and customer communication. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to arenaflex teams, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring high levels of quality and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders via email, phone, and other digital channels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* 16 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic English written and spoken language skills
