Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing friendly and personalized service to our customers, both in-person and over the phone
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues related to travel, baggage, and other services
  • Utilizing our modernized retail location framework to manage customer transactions and resolve issues
  • Providing exceptional service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and other areas of the airport
  • Staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and services to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using technology, including our modernized retail location framework and other software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Previous customer service experience in a retail or airline environment
  • Experience working in a call center or customer support role
  • Familiarity with arenaflex policies, procedures, and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
