Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced data analyst to join our Labor force Activities Work Execution team. As a Sr. Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our store and HR partners to address concerns, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to improve our work model. Your expertise will be essential in driving process enhancements, improving communication, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead task groups of experts and partners to drive business growth and operational efficiency

• Perform data gathering tasks, data analysis, and reporting to inform business decisions
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve our work model and customer experience
• Collaborate with our store and HR partners to address concerns, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to improve our work model
• Provide regular reports to our Store Activities Cycle Manager or Store Tasks Business Administrator (or Sr. Supervisors)
• Travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time) to meet with store and HR partners
• Work in a comfortable indoor environment with occasional opportunities to move about

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field

• 3 years of work experience in a data analysis or business operations role
• Strong quantitative skills, including data analysis and reporting
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or field-based environment

• Knowledge of ASDS (Associate Store Director Support) systems and processes
• Experience driving high-performing teams and counseling management
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
