Responsibilities:

As a Director of Chance Administration, you will be responsible for:

  • Investigating and analyzing complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Developing and implementing risk management strategies and business processes to mitigate potential risks and improve operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including innovation and business units, to drive business growth and improvement
  • Identifying and assessing new information sources, including controlled and unstructured data, to add value to arenaflex's products and services
  • Utilizing industry and internal best practices, as well as regulatory feedback, to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and partners
  • Providing thought leadership and expertise on risk management and business process improvement to internal and external audiences
  • Managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, economics, or business administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with data analysis tools, including MS Excel, Data Bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, and Unix
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and make informed decisions
  • Experience with project management and leadership, with the ability to manage and lead a team of professionals
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in risk management and business process improvement

  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and machine learning techniques, with the ability to apply these skills to business problems
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and tools, including AWS and Azure
  • Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma and Lean
  • Experience with change management and organizational development, with the ability to lead and implement organizational change initiatives

Work Environment:
