Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Analytics to support our paid media examination capability and drive business growth through data analysis and insights. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven strategies to optimize our paid media spend. You'll be responsible for creating and disseminating custom reports and analyses that inform our paid media strategy, as well as developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to track progress and drive results.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to drive business growth and optimize paid media spend

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven strategies to address them
  • Create and disseminate custom reports and analyses to inform paid media strategy and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards to track progress and drive results
  • Analyze data and identify trends and patterns to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in on data-driven strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and paid media optimization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis and paid media optimization
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends and patterns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and paid media optimization
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models
  • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex business concepts and strategies
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and paid media optimization
