We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to help them achieve their goals. You'll be responsible for:- Providing high-quality products and services to our customers, including recommending and selling SBS products and services.
- Continuously improving our services, including design, customer experience, and repetition and retention.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Entering accurate and complete information into our systems, as required.
- Following all rules and regulations related to services and practices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
- Experience with sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
