Your Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
- Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns
- Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
- Be over 18 years of age
- Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Have a minimum of 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred)
- Be able to type 25 wpm
- Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
- Possess proven oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
- Be available to work various shifts
- Be able to use Windows operating systems
- Possess organization and work prioritization skills
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Be able to stay composed and objective
- Possess strong listening skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following work from home requirements:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
