Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations
- Handle incoming contacts via voice, email, and chat, processing reservation requests, and supporting basic loyalty and customer care needs
- Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and objectives
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
