Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. You'll work from home, interacting with current customers to offer protection plans for their existing credit cards. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through proactive communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills

• Offer protection plans for existing credit cards to current customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Utilize sales skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company standards and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of previous call center experience or remote work-from-home experience

• Live within 90 minutes of our local facility (8085 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406)
• Ability to connect to high-speed internet at your primary residence
• Dedicated workspace during working hours, free from outside noise and distractions
• Minimum network speed of:

+ 25 Mbps download speed + 10 Mbps upload speed

• High School diploma or GED equivalency
• Ability to pass a background check

* Previous experience in sales or customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
