Job Summary:
As a Student Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patrons and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe environment for all users. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional experiences, respond to emergencies, and maintain a positive and approachable demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
* Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a positive and approachable atmosphere
- Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
- Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
- Special event set-up and operations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
- Serve as a first responder to accidents within the building
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional experiences and respond to emergencies
Essential Qualifications:
* Current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications or obtained within the first 30 days of employment
- BBP Certification obtained within the first 30 days of employment
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a recreational or event setting
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
