Job Summary

We're seeking 20 highly motivated and experienced Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering inbound calls, inputting data, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. If you're a strong communicator, have excellent problem-solving skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, providing a high level of customer service and extending courtesy and professionalism

  • Input data accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer interactions
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries

Requirements

* At least 1 year of high-volume call center experience, with a strong background in healthcare call center operations (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
  • Availability to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
  • Start date: 12/7
