Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients. You will be responsible for answering calls, responding to queries, and assisting customers with medical insurance questions. Your patience, respect, and dedication to customer satisfaction will make a significant difference in our clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries

  • Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
  • Accurately document call content in real-time
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers

Schedule

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

  • Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or with medical insurance

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
