Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing child support payments in the SDU system according to Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by management, which may include data analysis, research, and organization.
• Maintaining a general understanding of policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with changes and updates.
• Collecting, researching, organizing, and analyzing data as needed to support the team's goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field.
• Proficient data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad navigation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills, using tact, patience, and courtesy to interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
