Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Initiating payment plans for patients for outstanding balances, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of patient inquiries.
• Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Maintaining performance goals and objectives, consistently delivering high-quality customer service and meeting or exceeding productivity standards.
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, embracing a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all interactions and transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, including our proprietary systems and software.
• Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, accurately and efficiently processing patient information and transactions.
• Excellent organization skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Have a dedicated work-from-home space, ensuring a quiet and distraction-free environment.
• Be able to manage time and tasks independently, maintaining productivity and meeting performance goals.
• Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Technical Requirements

To ensure seamless communication and data transmission, you will need:

• A reliable internet connection with a download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.
• No satellite internet, as it may not meet our connectivity requirements.
• The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord, as Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports are not supported.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, whichever is higher.

Shift and Schedule

The shift for this position is Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST). This schedule allows for a balance of work and personal time, ensuring you can maintain a healthy work-life balance.
