What You'll Do
As an Experienced Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Reassuring callers who may be panicked about their missing pets
- Serving as the frontline team to help reunite pets with their pet parents
- Providing a positive experience for our customers
- Being part of a collaborative team and culture that offers advancement opportunities
- Adhering to daily schedules to manage inbound calls (daily phone calls may increase during peak periods)
- Working day and evening shifts, with opportunities for career advancement
