Job Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to merchants and customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the Trader Administrations Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
- Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and supportive team environment
- Analyzing data and identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to increase efficiency and quality
- Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and develop creative solutions
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or similar tools for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Knowledge of the food delivery industry and its trends and challenges
