Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities
As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guiding customers through the ordering procedure online
- Addressing and resolving post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilizing a range of software tools to address customer inquiries
- Collaborating with outside shipping contractors to resolve international customer concerns
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury fashion or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong knowledge of luxury fashion trends and styles
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with luxury goods or high-end fashion brands
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and software tools
