Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Supply Chain Systems

Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing, and providing exceptional support to our team members. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds our DC operations. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain systems, and your passion for data management will drive our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized computer and Application Development divisions
• Collaborate with Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and introduce actual foundation that upholds DC operations
• Coordinate with MHE merchants regarding data management and support
• Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
• Coordinate all data backups and recovery procedures
• Serve as the liaison between the DC office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution
• Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
• Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
• Perform all future upgrades of software
• Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
• Regulate nonexempt staff
• Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
• Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and accessible to all end-users
• Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
• Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio

Required Capabilities:

* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.

• 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
• Local presence is required; this is not a remote job

Preferred Capabilities:

* Project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Business acumen
