Job Description
As an Experienced Customer Service Consultant - Streaming Support, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing technical support for streaming services, including basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Utilizing CRM applications to manage customer interactions and track issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
- Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
- Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Technical support experience
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
Requirements for Remote Work
* Excellent Internet connectivity
- Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better!
- Wired Internet Service Providers are required; wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
