Responsibilities
As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Providing in-depth information about arenaflex's products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of arenaflex's evolving products and services
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 16+ hours per week
- Attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
