Key Responsibilities:

- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service, from pre-rush prep to expediting delivery orders
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our menu, products, and services
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and safety
- Perform other duties as required, including pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training a plus
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in a pizza or quick-service environment

- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
