• Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on speed and efficiency
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

• Ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data, with a focus on clarity and accuracy
• Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a focus on independence and autonomy
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
