Responsibilities As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional phone support to our patients and partners. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing timely and efficient phone support to hospitals and patients regarding billing inquiries * Assisting patients effectively by clarifying their questions and ensuring they receive the information they need * Identifying and resolving issues by pinpointing the root cause, researching solutions, and implementing the best option * Maintaining accurate patient records by inputting information into our computer system * Routing incoming calls to the most suitable person within the company Key Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Experience working in a call center with a healthcare background * Epic Software experience highly preferred * Bi-lingual skills a plus * Ability to undergo a criminal background check, provide proof of a High School Diploma, GED, or transcripts, and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC) * High-speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload speed (must be able to hardwire via Ethernet cable) * Ability to work from home in a quiet setting with no others within earshot, due to HIPAA compliance, including a workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Epic Software (or similar healthcare software) * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
