Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, and we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigating discrepancies as they arise
  • Completing additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality results

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM

  • Strong data entry skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a data entry or administrative role
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and process serving
  • Basic knowledge of industry-specific software and systems

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be eligible for a range of compensation, perks, and benefits, including:

Schedule
